A few simple habits give you a cleaner burn, a stronger scent and every hour of glow your candle has to offer.
Six habits for a perfect burn
Make the first burn count
The first time, let the wax melt all the way to the edge of the jar. This takes about 2 to 3 hours and prevents tunneling.
Trim the wick
Before every burn, trim the wick to about 5 mm. A short wick gives a calm flame and no black soot.
Up to 4 hours at a time
Let the candle rest and cool down after 4 hours of burning before lighting it again.
Keep it out of drafts
Place it on a flat, heat resistant surface, away from windows, fans and anything that can catch fire.
Never leave it alone
Always keep the flame in sight and out of reach of children and pets.
Stop at the last centimeter
Stop burning when about 1 cm of wax is left at the bottom, so the glass does not overheat.
Looks like dessert, but please don't eat it
Our toppings are decorative and painted by hand with mica, so they look good enough to eat. They are not edible. Keep the candles away from children and pets, and if a decoration sits close to the wick, move it aside before lighting.

Our candles
What are your candles made of?
Our candles are hand-poured with coconut soy wax and premium fragrance oils. The decorations on top are painted by hand with naturally sourced mica powders.
How long does a candle burn?
Burn time depends on the size of the candle. Each product page lists the approximate burn time, for example 35 to 40 hours for our 200 g jars.
Are the toppings edible?
No. The decorations are only for looks, even if they seem like a real dessert. Keep the candles away from children and pets.
I have allergies or sensitivities. Can I use your candles?
